We will meet with you to discuss your needs as well as your vision and prepare a proposal to determine the cost of full-service consultation and planning. Like the chocolate soufflé, your wedding will be one filled with richness and elegance with DNT Elite Events at the helm.

 

Everything included in “Crème Brulée” AND “Tiramisu” packages PLUS, but is not limited to, the following:

 

• Creating a detailed & realistic budget

• Creating a personalized timeline & checklist for your planning process

• Design and consult on a cohesive theme for the wedding (colors, flowers, linens, stationery, lighting, favors, etc.)

• Venue management (assistance with food & beverage selection, site walk-throughs, designing of floorplan, setup & logistical needs, review of BEO, managing final counts, etc.)

• Venue recommendations and assistance with review & negotiation of contract NOTE: Pricing of package will increase with this service.

• Vendor recommendations (based on style & budget) and assistance with securing services

• Negotiation of ALL venue & vendor contracts (prior to booking)

• Site walk-through and inspection of your ceremony and reception location

• Assistance with hotel blocks/guests accommodations and transportation

• Assistance with Rehearsal Lunch/Dinner reservations (onsite coordination additional)

• Etiquette advice (upon request)

• Monthly reminders and status checks on your planning progress

• Attendance by DNT Elite Events at your choice of vendor meetings

• Correspondence with your vendors throughout the planning process

• Providing suggestions for ceremony and reception music

• Assistance with final proofing of all stationery and paper elements (designing additional)

• Review and confirm all vendor contracts

• Unlimited contact with DNT Elite Events via phone & e-mail

• Unlimited coordination time on your wedding day (pre-determined)

• Three (3) or more staff present on the day of your event

• Our promise to you that your calls and/or e-mails will be responded to in a timely manner

• Assistance with RSVP process – contacting your guests that have not responded (upon request)

• Assistance with seating arrangements for ceremony and reception (upon request)

• Complimentary decoration of Bridal Suite (if located on same property as Reception)

** Final package pricing will be based on guest count, logistics and overall complexity of the event, which
may not be determined until all the details are finalized. Each package includes at least (3) DNTeam
staff for day of services, along with the pre-determined amount of hours for day of coverage. Additional
DNTeam staff for day of coverage will be +$200 per associate.
